This website & e-commerce store is owned & managed by Avamah L.L.C-FZ, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, based in Meydan Free Zone, under the license number: 2417222.01, hereinafter referred to as Avamah.

By buying on this website, you automatically accept the conditions below. Therefore, we recommend that you read through the terms carefully before acting.

 

 

PURCHASE OF GOODS

Once you have selected the items you want and placed them, please fill out your personal information, such as name, address, and payment information. Once this is done, you will receive a confirmation email, including a unique order number. Please note that this is not the final order confirmation. You receive your final order confirmation and receipt once the payment is approved and the product is registered in our warehouse.

PRICES, TAXES & DUTIES

 The prices for Avamah products & services on our website are fixed in AED (Dirham) and with the currency conversion tool can be seen in one of the multiple presented currencies. The conversion tool is there to provide you with the current currency rate, which may change as per the real-time changes in the currency market. We reserve the rights for/to:

  • the currency rates do not match the exact rates of the official sources;
  • apply any changes to the prices as per the brand’s discretion (for the non-shipped items only);
  • apply discounts and special offers at any time for any duration period as per the brand’s discretion.

 

All prices displayed on the Avamah website are VAT inclusive. All other duties & taxes are excluded. 

Every shipment is made on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning that once shipped goods have reached their destination country, your order may be subject to import duties, local taxes, and other fees specific to the country and local customs authority. 

 

 

MULTI-CURRENCY PRICED TRANSACTION

Any charges imposed by the bank for transacting in a currency other than AED are the responsibility of the Shopper.

Neither Avamah nor other unauthorized persons have the opportunity to see the data exchanged during your purchase. SHIPPING METHODS

 Depending on the shipping country, orders are shipped with different carriers and insured against theft and accidental damage.

We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday from 8.00 AM till 4.00 PM (with the exception of UAE public holidays). Orders are ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment – at the latest. During peak season, orders can be delayed due to backlog for the courier companies.

 

Deliveries within UAE take between 1-3 working days

International deliveries take 3-6 working days

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a hassle-free refund policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Any item that has been used, damaged, or is not in its original packaging will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Once we receive your item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

We offer free delivery and returns on all orders worldwide, so you can shop with confidence. All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, modify or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after receiving an order confirmation from us, for any reason whatsoever. We reserve the right to limit the number of items ordered and to refuse service to you without prior notification. In the event that an item lists an incorrect price, either due to typographical or other error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed for the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order is being or has been processed. If payment has already been made or if your account has already been charged for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will Credit your account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Avamah.com will NOT deal with or provide any services or products to any OFAC sanctions countries in compliance with the law of UAE.
