PRICES, TAXES & DUTIES

 The prices for Avamah products & services on our website are fixed in AED (Dirham) and with the currency conversion tool can be seen in one of the multiple presented currencies. The conversion tool is there to provide you with the current currency rate, which may change as per the real-time changes in the currency market. We reserve the rights for/to:

• the currency rates do not match the exact rates of the official sources;
• apply any changes to the prices as per the brand’s discretion (for the non-shipped items only);
• apply discounts and special offers at any time for any duration period as per the brand’s discretion.

 

All prices displayed on the Avamah website are VAT inclusive. All other duties & taxes are excluded. 

Every shipment is made on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning that once shipped goods have reached their destination country, your order may be subject to import duties, local taxes, and other fees specific to the country and local customs authority. 

 

 

MULTI-CURRENCY PRICED TRANSACTION

Any charges imposed by the bank for transacting in a currency other than AED are the responsibility of the Shopper.

SHIPPING METHODS

 Depending on the shipping country, orders are shipped with different carriers and insured against theft and accidental damage.

We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday from 8.00 AM till 4.00 PM (with the exception of UAE public holidays). Orders are ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment – at the latest. During peak season, orders can be delayed due to backlog for the courier companies.

 

Deliveries within UAE take between 2-3 working days

International deliveries take 3-6 working days

 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love everything you order from us at Avamah. If for any reason, you are not fully pleased with your order, you can return any article within 30 days of receipt (see below regarding charges and expenses). The easiest and quickest way to exchange an item is to return your item(s) and place a new order for the item(s) you wish to order. Returns can only be arranged from the same address to which the delivery was made.

 

 

RETURNS PROCEDURE

• AVAMAH does not accept items that have been worn, altered, or washed. All articles must be returned, including original Avamah tags. All articles must be returned in their original packaging in the same state in which they were delivered. The packaging may not be damaged as this is considered a part of the article. 
• As soon as we have received a returned article, it will undergo a quality control check. 
• Returns that do not meet our Returns Policy will not be refunded, and the customer has the right to claim the item(s) back at their expense.
• You can expect to receive a refund on approved returns within 14 days from the date on which we receive the returned parcel. 
• Refunds for approved returns are given back on the original credit card used for making the original purchase, excluding any delivery costs.

 

• If you do receive a damaged item, please let us know by email at info@avamah.com, quoting your Order Number, the description of the damage, and, if possible, an image. Please note that any claim for damaged goods or missing items must be received within two business days of receipt of the package.

 

Once we receive this request, we will confirm & dispatch a courier to collect the item. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you with a new estimated dispatch date of the replacement. You will not be charged for the Shipping fee of the replacement item. If the item is not available in stock, we will provide a credit note that can be used on www.avamah.com at any time within six months, or a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

 

 

 

RETURN EXPENSES

 United Arab Emirates - Avamah will cover the costs of any returns from a customer in the UAE within the period of 30 days from the delivery date.
